Suites

The "Sweet Suite"  has 2 queen beds (in one                         $160.00/night + tax

 large bedroom) , a kitchenette, small living room, 

bathroom with shower only (no tub), and can                            

accommodate a max of 4 people/night.

 

The "Home Sweet Home Suite" has 2 queen beds,                $180.00/night + tax

a full kitchen, full bath, living room, and can 

accommodate 4 people/ night

 

The "Don't Worry " and The "Be Happy Rooms                            $90.00/night + tax

Each of these rooms have a king size bed and can

accommodate 2 people/night. 

 

Whole House Pricing                                                                            $450.00/night+ tax

If renting whole house for 3 days or more                                   $400.00/night + tax

Whole house can accommodate 12 people.

 Which means there are 4 separate units, 6 beds total,

 4 separate bathrooms. Each unit has a minimum of a

 Coffee pot, microwave, toaster, sink, table and chairs, 

private bath, TV, and Air-conditioning!

Holidays

Holidays are considered; Memorial Day weekend, Fourth of July weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving night, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day, and PumpkinFest which is usually the first or second weekend in October. (This depends on how the calendar weekends fall each year. 

There is a 2 night minimum for the holiday weekends.

Prices may differ depending on availability.  

 

There is a 6% State Sales and 5% local Hotel Occupancy tax as required by law.
